Since your run’s graph is linear, hence, you are running at a constant rate of speed. The speed will remain the same at any interval. If the speed changes during running with respect to time then the constant rate of speed gets changed. When you run uphill or downhill the speed of run is decreased and increased respectively. Hence, when you’re run downhill, you run faster than your average speed on flat ground.
