Ads are used local newspaper, flyers sometimes by radio. Mostly new clients are attracted by word of mouth, find out about programs through notice board, reception desk or from instructors. Seven clubs have long standing agreements. There is no handover procedure, on intranet. Communication is via only centre message book. Only casual staff is working and staffing budget is 21% over.

I used pens and writing. By using pens and paper for writing, l can concentrate more in the all of situations. L can briefly organize in report by using writing straight. One of the most modern means of communication is the internet it is quickly taking the place of other means of communication. Some of the features that make it popular include the fact that it is fast; other means are telephone, fax, email, television and so on. In general, communication is a means of connection people or places. In business it is key function of management an organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees.

There is one major issue currently in the United States that might be threatening youth’s health now and for generations to come. Marketing is a management function which involves creating, communicating and delivering value for an organisation’s customers (Kotler, Brown, Burton, Deans & Armstrong (2010). Although many earlier academics define marketing as merely a process of satisfying customer needs in order to gain profits, more recent developments of the definition include its inherent connection with delivering superior value to customers in order to maintain ongoing relationships (Webster, 1992).
Every company depends on an efficient marketing program to fulfill customers' needs. Marketing is a process of finding out what the customer wants and meeting those requirements. Within the company, the marketing group has to consider customer values and customer satisfaction before considering offering a product. Marketing is part of our everyday world, and can be perceived everywhere and every time. At any time, everyone has been exposed to different kinds of marketing or advertising depending upon personal necessities such as T.V commercials, radio, internet, etc.
Various people would think marketing would not be key within businesses, however, businesses require customers so that revenue can be generated and they can branch out to different countries. TV advertisements along with commercials and posters are used by companies so customers can see what they are offering. In addition, countless hours are put into finding target audiences and board meetings where concepts can be formed and distinguished. Marketing has shown to be a key factor in businesses but does not compare with the supremacy that human resources and finance embrace in the organisation.
Marketing is perhaps the most important activity in a business because it forms the communication bond between the customers and the company, and it’s a key aspect of communicating the value of the product.
Marketing is an essentially about marshalling the resources of the organization so that they can meet the changing needs of the customers on whom the organization depends. As a verb, marketing is all about how an organization addresses its markets. Marketing is “The management process which identifies, anticipates and supplies the customer requirements efficiently and profitability”.
Marketing is one of the most fundamental aspects in any business success. In fact it is what you say and the way you say it whilst trying to explain how a certain product or service is, giving your target audience reason why to use or purchase it. Marketing can be a bunch of things, whether promotion, an ad, a brochure or a press release. It can simply be a Facebook page or even a Twitter account. In order to increase revenues, one tries to market his business to a great number of people. It plays an essential role in our every-day lives. Each person nowadays uses marketing one way or another without even realizing.

Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, goods and services that create exchanges that satisfy individual and organisational objectives.
