Over 3% to 5% of people attribute to the total violence relating to seriously mental ill. Not all mentally affected people have problems of being violent. Though, it is likely that these people become victims of violence. However, they remain a productive member having regular job and normal life.

This stigma leads to shame, low self-esteem, guilt, hopelessness and isolation. The major stigma is fear and apathy. They cause mental illness in the community.
