Explanation of Solution

Difference between polled network and internetwork:

Polled network	Internetwork
In polled networks, the flow of data is performed using the hierarchies.	An internetwork establishes connection between the current network and different networks.
The transmission of the data depends on the hierarchies.	The transmission of the data depends on the gateways.
The computers are connected to front end processors which in turn connected to computer clusters or terminals.	The networks are connected to internetworks which in turn connected to internet.
The physical connections are created to establish the communication between two systems.	There is no need of physical connections to establish communication between the nodes.
The complexity of the communication increases with the increase in the hierarchy.	Data hierarchies are involved. The communication is done through routers, hubs, switches and many others.
