Explanation of Solution

Motivation of employees and improvements of employee’s performance and job satisfaction by the lattice approach of Company D:

Lattice approach helps the employees to work flexibly which is not available in ladder approach. Lattice approach teaches the employees their own performance, their standard in the company and their position in future. All these are based on the 4 variables namely workload, pace, schedule or location and role.

This approach is wholly employees oriented as it focuses on the goals of the individuals and makes an opportunity to have a balance in personal and official works of the individuals.
