In 1996 the largest population consisted of people aged 30-50, there were not as many people in the dependency load. In 2011, there were more people aged 40-65, who are getting close to retirement. There are not as many babies being born today as previous years because people are choosing to not have as many children. The baby boomers are getting older and there will soon be more people in the dependency load as the workforce. In 2011 there were more people ages 85 and up because nowadays people have been able to live longer.

On assignment 4 I did not really excel on the paper at all. There were many mistakes that could have been simply corrected if I had went back over and reread my assignment. For my research paper I received a grade of 79 and on the AP scale it was a 6 paper. I am sort of proud of myself of getting a 6 because it demonstrates my progress and growth with writing papers on an AP academic level. If I were to be brutally honest I never quite was outstanding at writing research papers, I have always had difficulties writing them. Some of the reasons being having trouble citing sources, and having trouble expressing my argument. At first I did not not feel very confident when trying to answer this question because I could not remember the method involved when converting scale. I was able to interpret the question and I understood what it required; however, I could not recall the process involved in reaching the answer. After trying a few different methods and giving it some thought, I remembered what to do. I had learnt how to answer these questions in high school geography and I still had the knowledge, but I just had to go through the process of recalling it. So, the method I used to solve the problem was to write out the scale used in the diagram as a ratio, simplify it and then convert it to a written statement. Thus, I was unsure about how to answer this question

When I first ran the coding, the program was not working. Using the debugger, I found out that the program was not reading the file. By looking into the variables, I noticed that the some data were missing. The following is the list of my correction to fix the coding.

Taking on the role as a teacher puts me in a leadership role. I chose for my artifact the ESO online training from Mr. Moss, EDEE 4330 Math class. Math seems to be the subject across the board most people is afraid of, but the ESO training provided fatal information for student’s success. Initial groups were based on end of year 2017 result/benchmark and have been assessed and grouped to skills and needs for higher order thinking and grouped accordingly. Groups are based on teacher observation and current assessments and will be adjusted to accommodate the needs and abilities of the students during year.
