Introduction
The change management proposal described in this paper is regarding the federal government’s, recidivism rates, and more specifically within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The last data documented shows that the recidivism rates in 2021 were roughly 6.1% (U.S. Office of Personnel Management, 2021).
The goal is to find a solution to the 2021 rates by
implementing quantitative and qualitative methods. Using quantitative methods is important because the data collected allows companies to see if there is value in changing operations to lower recidivism rates. On the other hand, using qualitative methods is equally important because this allows for employees to voice their opinions and provide constructive criticism on if
the solution will work in their eyes. The solution to lower the federal government’s recidivism rates is to increase employees pay which will be expounded on below. Worksheet

Sun TV sells TV sets. It does not sell smart TVs so customers do not come to Sun TV if they want to purchase

advertise. Managers use customer information (income level, previous purchase history) to decide which
customers they should target. The team needs to decide how sure it must be in predicting customer interest in
a smart TV. If it is too cautious, it will choose a very high cutoff probability and only market to customers who

If they are too aggressive and choose a low cutoff probability, they may identify more individuals interested in

Use the following information to answer multiple-choice Questions 21 to 30.
A fibre glass company is considering the possibility of introducing a new product.
Because of the expense involved in developing the initial moulds and acquiring the
necessary equipment to produce fibreglass, it has decided to conduct a pilot study to
make sure that the market will be adequate. They estimate that the pilot study will cost
£12,000. Furthermore, the pilot study can be either successful or unsuccessful. The basic
decisions are to build a large manufacturing facility, a small manufacturing facility, or
no facility at all. With a favourable market, the company can expect to make £100,000
from the large facility or £60,000 from the smaller facility. If the market is unfavourable,
however, they estimate that they would lose £40,000 with a large facility, while they
would lose only £30,000 with the small facility. The company estimates that the
probability of a favourable market given a successful…

An entrepreneur has embarked on a project to use human hair in place of animal furs in a clothing line. The human hair is to be woven into cotton fabrics, to make a hybrid fabric, that can be used as a thermal insulating fabric (i.e., it keeps persons warm). To increase the probability of sales the hybrid fabric must be dyed in various colors. Provide advice to the entrepreneur on what approaches should/could be taken to dye the new hybrid fabric. In your advice discuss the requirements of the dyes to be used, why hair dyes would not be a good option and how the dye(s) you suggest would work in the application based on the structure/properties of the fabric.

But that meant first finding the students who needed
help, and doing so before their problems led them to
drop out of the Hamilton County school system. At the
end of the day, there's no one better positioned to
sense when the student is in academic trouble than a
teacher or counselor with whom students have a direct
relationship. The trouble is, warning signs are often
complex and cumulative in nature, thus escaping the
notice of frontline educators and administrators. Add
to that the everyday challenges of running a classroom,

students can fly “under the radar" until it's too late.

1. To access the extent of its trade area, a shopping mall stations interviewers in the parking lot every Monday and Friday evening. After people park their cars, interviewers walk up to them and ask them for their ZIP codes.
2. To access the potential for new horror movies starring alien robots, a major studio invites people to call a 900 number and vote yes if they would like to see such movies or no if they would not. Each caller is billed a $2 charge.

The IS auditor requested information including business and IT goals and objectives; however, these were limited to a short, bulleted list for business goals and PowerPoint slides used in reporting meetings for IT goals. It was also found in the documentation provided that over the past two (2) years, the risk management committee (composed of senior management) met on only three (3) occasions, and no minutes of what was discussed were kept for these meetings. When the IT budget for the upcoming year was compared to the strategic plans for IT, it was noted that several of the initiatives mentioned in the plans for the upcoming year were not included in the budget for that year.
The IS auditor also discovered that Cachero does not have a full-time chief information officer (CIO). The

The president of a small chain of women’s clothing stores was concerned about a four-year trend of decreasing profits. The stores have been characterized as being rather conservative over the years with respect to their product line, store decor, and advertising. They have consistently avoided trendy clothes, for example. Their market is now becoming extremely competitive because several aggressive fashion stores are expanding and are aiming at the young, fashion-conscious buyer. As a result of this competition and the disappointing profit trend, the president is considering making the product line appear less conservative and more oriented toward the young buyer. Before making such a risky change, the president feels it prudent to conduct some marketing research to learn the exact status of his chain. What should be the research purpose? Compose a set of research questions that would be helpful.
