    Abstract: Marine debris was collected and placed into categories at Long Key State Park in the Florida Keys. Data was taken on Thursday, March 26th, 2015. The total number of debris collected totaled at 835 items. The most common type of marine debris collected during this experiment was assorted plastics totaling at 513 pieces (61.43%).
