c++ problem

Write a function resize(.) that dynamically resizes an array of integers by a specified
amount in increase_capacity.
void resize( int *&a_first, std::size_t const increase_capacity );
Note the following:
a_first provides a pointer to the first element of a dynamically allocated array that
we wish to resize.
increase_capacity is the number of integers that we wish to increase the array by.
You will need to create a separate dynamically allocated array of the appropriate size,
copy over the contents of the original array, ensure that the original array is
deallocated (assume it is dynamically created in the main()), and return the address
of the new dynamically allocated array via pass-by-reference.
