In the proposed E-Counselling System (ECS), any academic advisor can advise from 20 to 25 students registered under his/her name. However, any student has only one academic advisor. In addition, any student can submit up to three complaints. Every submitted complaint by the student is assigned to one staff member to handle it until being resolved. Moreover, every staff member in the Department of Academic Advising can handle not more than 5 complaints. The academic advisor should conduct two meetings in each semester to all students assigned to him/her. However, the student should join at least one of the two meetings, otherwise, further actions will be taken. To organize an advising meeting, the academic advisor needs to determine the meeting details, such as date and time, and announce them to the students.
