Rob and Tia work in a company's financial department. Rob is a new employee, although Tia has been with the organization for a long time. Rob postpones everything till the last possible minute. He is efficient, although he procrastinates frequently. Tia, on the other hand, is a time management champion who keeps track of her daily tasks. Tia and Rob have both been assigned to a project. Tia became frustrated with Rob's work approach after a few days of working together. She bemoans the fact that she must care for both her and Rob's jobs. Because the project work is a team endeavor, Tia frequently has to wait for Rob to finish his work before she can begin hers one hour before the deadline. Tia isn't happy with her current work environment, and it's harming her job performance.
