Instructions: Read the following Case Study and create a context diagram .
When a patient arrives at ACME Medical with a prescription refill, the receptionist checks the prescription file for the previous prescription number and adds the prescription to the system. This has to be electronically authorized by a doctor before the resident pharmacist can dispense the medication. The system sends a cell phone notification to the doctor of any incoming prescriptions. The pharmacist dispenses the medication to the patient after receiving authorization. If the patient is entitled to free prescriptions, the pharmacist verifies this in the system and fills in the appropriate details on an electronic form, which is filed in the free prescriptions file. Otherwise the pharmacist takes the customers payment information, enters it into the system and gives the patient a receipt.

DIAGRAMA- design the physical DFD level 1 for the following system. “In a video rental store the secretary receives a request from the customer to rent a movie then she saves the rent information in the rental file and gives the customer the bill. When the customer returns the video the secretary puts it in the video library file and signs the bill before returning it to the customer and finally return the rental information to the rental file. The manager wants a final report of all videos that have been rented so the secretary generates that report from the information in the rental file”.Patient’s Prescription Scenario Develop a System Sequence Diagram for the scenario below: Staff enters an identification number into the system. System returns staff details. Staff enters the patient’s identification. System returns the patient’s status. If it’s a new patient the staff creates a new patient’s profile else s/he opens an existing patient’s profile. System returns the patient’s profile. The staff creates a new patient’s prescription if it's new else find an existing prescription. System returns prescription details. The staff makes the order for the medicines. The staff ends the order. The staff requests for a printout. System prints order summary. Note: The patient prescription process can be repeated and also, a patient can make more than one order. - Study the scenario and complete the question(s) that follow: MotorHub Inventory Application MotorHub is a new and upcoming car dealership based in South Africa. They will be selling new and second-hand cars of all types. When they receive stock of a new car to sell, they fill in an inventory form that consists of the car details, such as car model and year of manufacture. This is a tedious process as it involves a lot of paperwork. The MotorHub management have decided to digitise this process by implementing an application that will be used for the inventory process instead of the traditional paper process that they have been using. Scenario Each semester the student will need to register the subjects that they need to take. The student needs to login to the system by inputting their student ID and password. The system uses that student ID to retrieve the intake of the student and based on their study plan, the system will display a list of subjects the student can register. The student can now click on the subject they wish to register. When the student is satisfied with the subjects chosen, the student will click the register button. The student may register more than 1 subject but the total credit hours for the subjects cannot exceed 20 credit hours. If it exceeds, the student has to choose all over again the subjects to register. If successfully registered, the student’s status in the system becomes “Active – Registered”. If the student does not register any subject for the semester, the status is “Inactive”.Study the scenario and complete the question(s) that follow: MotorHub Inventory Application MotorHub is a new and upcoming car dealership based in South Africa. The smaller company's spreadsheet software has a large market share, with many satisfied users (the major reason for the acquisition was that these existing users are potential customers for your company's other products). Unfortunately, no documentation for the spreadsheet software can be found, and the source code is not commented. How would you go about maintaining this software to keep the customers happy?Create a Use Case Diagram Based on the following scenario: A parking deck system manages an entry/exit gate, which opens to let a vehicle (i.e., car) into or out of the deck and closes when the car has passed through. A driver must push a button to print a parking permit. When the driver takes the parking permit, the system raises the gate. The system lowers the gate after the vehicle has passed through. A permit id and time of entry is printed on the parking permit, and is also encoded on the permit’s bar code. When the vehicle leaves the parking deck, the driver inserts the parking permit into a bar code reader, which scans the bar code, and then transmits the bar code to the parking system. The parking system calculates a fee that is based on the number of hours that have elapsed since the vehicle entered the parking deck, and displays the fee to the operator and driver. The driver must pay the operator with cash or check. The operator accepts the payment, and if necessary…
