Kwame is a boy aged 16 years. He goes into Accra Mall to buy a ghetto blaster, two shirts, two tins of Nido, Ideal milk, sugar and bread. He did not have enough money to pay cash for all the goods so he entered into an agreement with Accra Mall to pay by instalment. Kwame soon fell into arrears and they entered into a new agreement under which Kwame was to work for Accra Mall for a year without pay. Accra Mall agreed that after that Kwame was no longer to be bound to pay the instalment. Is Kwame liable under any agreements, he entered into with Accra Mall?
