An Account has an identification number, a name and a cash balance. Activities on the account include credit, debit and inquire. An account can be created with a given id number and name, which cannot be changed after account creation. An account can also be created with a given id number, name and initial balance amount. If the initial balance amount is less than 0, balance is set to 0. When a given amount is credited to the account, the amount is added to the balance and the new balance is returned. When a given amount is debited from the account, the amount is deducted from the current balance and the updated balance is returned. Note that: only amounts greater than 0 can be credited. only amounts not greater than the balance can be debited. Otherwise, the balance remain unchanged. When inquiry to the account is made, the account id, name and current balance is returned. (Format: id [name] : balance) Provide also the appropriate getters and setters.
