Step 1

Since the lone pair which is present in the single bonded atom is in conjugation with the ring, hence only it will participate in aromaticity which the one in double bonded atom s out of the plane of ring hence is not in conjugation with the ring so it will not participate.

Also in case of multiple lone pairs on atom, only one lone pair will be in the plane in case of single bonded atom while other will be out of the plane as they will be in different plane to minimise the repulsion between them.

Hence the below marked lone pairs participate in aromaticity
