Abstract 1 This Research will discuss the impact of technology on the personality of those youth from the senior high school of the National College of Science and Technology, Dasmariñas. The Students' knowledge about cause, effect and explanation about the problem can also be discussed in this research. The research aims to find out what the three are technological gadgets that young people use and love the most, find out what the three applications that young people are most obsessed with their gadgets and understand the impact of technology on the personality of young people. Use convenient sampling through online questionnaires or questionnaire in data collection the researchers to facilitate the acquisition of information from participants. Use Descriptive correlational to show the effect of technology in students' learning. The participants were senior high school students of NCST Dasmariñas aged 15 to 17 years old. Researchers want to know what is the direct impact of technology on those youth to find out if the effects of using these are positive or negative youth of technological gadgets and applications. When the effect is known, can understand what causes behaviors or changes in the personality of young people using data from an online survey they answered.   Abstract 2  The era of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is closely related to the entry into our consciousness and society of terms such as e-Learning, e-Commerce, e-Government, knowledge-based society, knowledge-based economy, information society, paperless society, information economy, attention economy and other techno-terms (Librero, 2008). On the academic side, ICT has resulted in change even in teaching and learning system in the Filipino language. One of the concrete proofs of this is the existence of the subject conducted in the Filipino language at the UP Open University (UPOU). From the personal experience of researcher to related literature regarding Open and Distance Learning (ODL), reviewed in this paper the various factors in the teaching of the Filipino language in relation to student issues, teaching strategies, and Internet as the main means of communication. To address the objective, the paper will explain the overall ODL system and its contextualization in the Philippines, specifically in UPOU. The study will also present the characteristics of UPOU students along with expected characteristics of an ODL teacher. In this regard, the relationship will be the basis of the research distance education academics discussed by Moore (1989). From here, emphasis will be placed on effective structuring of teaching/learning tasks in Filipino language lessons in ODL and the use of software that Moodle. It is hoped that this will give readers an idea of ​​the overall system ODL as a means of teaching the Filipino language in the modern era Are the research objectives well presented based on its abstracts?
