He called his maintenance supervisor, Paul, who told him that
he would check on this shortly. The supervisor (Paul) did a
check two days after the request. He then returned to the
Facilities Manager to say that they would need to purchase 30
light bulbs. John then informed Paul that he should call the
electrical supplies store to secure the bulbs.
John later obtained the bulbs and then mobilized the electrical
team to change them.

Persons may commend John for quickly carrying out his managerial duties. Depending
