There are many reasons that people like to hunt. Whether it is for food, fun or for population control. Throughout time hunting has been one of the mankind's main source of food. Nowadays it’s not as much about food anymore, though. Now hunting is considered a sport. As of late it has been questioned whether or not it's ethical to hunt for sport. There are many reasons that people like to hunt. Whether it is for food, fun or for population control.

I have chosen option 1 it is $900.17 more expensive than option 2 because my family has been here two times before and we find it fun and we have relatives living over there in Brisbane. We are flying for 3 hours with food and entertainment which is better for our family than driving for 8 hours if we were doing the South Island trip.Although we will still have to be in the airport 2 hours earlier the positives still outweigh the negatives.If chose option 2 we would have to stop for food which will cost us an extra $100 we all get tired and sick of driving and we also might get carsick which is horrible. My parents will get exhausted from driving where as we will not have to spend that extra $100  on food driving. Flying my parents can relax

Many people will say that high school is a struggle, but how are we to know until we’ve experienced it? As you go throughout school your teachers keep saying that 11th grade will be your toughest year. Now that it’s finally here, I’m starting to believe everything my teachers have ever told me.

In this day and age, the vast majority of young Americans are conflicted on whether attending college is the right choice for them. After thoughtfully weighing their options and making their decision, students that plan on pursuing a further education are faced with the challenge of choosing the right college for them. There are about 5,300 colleges in the United States. This includes prestigious Ivy League colleges such as Harvard and Yale, your traditional public state schools such as the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), and local community colleges. Each school has their own advantages and disadvantages but the the ideal college for many is the University of Colorado Boulder. Also known as CU Boulder, this university is an excellent choice

After completing my final persuasive research paper, reflecting upon it revealed different aspects of my argument and provided me with personal insight. First, a strength of my persuasion is my abundance of supporting materials from a variety of reputable sources including statistics, quotes, examples and rhetorical questions. On the other hand, a weakness of my argument is the interference of my prior beliefs. This occurs through my assumptions and my dismissive nature towards counterarguments. For example, I experienced difficulty writing about counterarguments, and often assumed that treatment programs will fix our country immediately, which is unrealistic. Even though I did a plethora of research and tried to consider counterarguments, my stance on the incarceration of nonviolent drug offenders remains the same. Nonetheless, an articulate evaluation of my argument opened my eyes to the strengths and weaknesses of my argument, as well as the role my prior knowledge played in the development of my paper.

Homework was a necessity because it was the only way the students were prepared for class the following day. By the 20th Century the PTA began to push their opinion in the battle of homework. They sought to have it irradiated as it was a distraction from the students learning process (Gill & Schlossman, 2004 pg. 175). During the Cold War, the issue of homework became a cause for concern. The Russians had achieved more than the American children. This began the achievement for excellence. As the curriculum in school changed homework was reinstated because the students needed to learn outside of school in order to prosper in academics (Gill & Schlossman, 2004

Persuasive speeches and essays are similar because they both try to convenience someones side of the argument. They are different because in a persuasive essay it is not verbal and it requires more things in order to persuade the reader such as more gestures, different word choice to help with the tone of the essay these are all needed in order to persuade the reader. With a speech you rely on the way you are delivering the speech, like posture, the way you look when you say different things, these all play a big part into how people take your speech or essay.

Its a stated fact that around 80% of my homework is online. I depend upon having a laptop of my own for all my school homework these days. Now before I persuade you, I want you to realize that i would be able to do all my homework downstairs so you could see what I'm doing. Also ALMOST all of my homework is online. There would almost be no more arguing and fighting about who uses the computer.

You brought up a very good point. Cellphones, as you mentioned, and especially smartphones, have more uses than most people actually know about. Many criminals utilize these devices to trigger bombs to perform terrorist attacks. I have seen cases where cell phone devices have contained hacking tools used by criminals to decrypt passwords and take over target systems also. The usage of cell phone devices by means of criminal activity has been increasing drastically over the years and part of the reasons why is the fact that they pass private devices that can be used to store all sorts of confidential information in an encrypted format. We are losing our rights!!! On Wednesday, March 14th schools all over America had a peaceful gun protest. This protest consisted of 17 minutes of silence for those who were lost in the Florida school shooting February 14th, 2018. Many probably didn’t know what it was all about, but those of us who did will know why we are no longer free. Our freedom is important to us, yet we want to take away one of the few things that may help us stay free. My question is what makes people think that taking away our guns is going to solve anything? Wouldn’t it just cause more problems? Aren’t there better ways to fix our problems with guns? Or are we too prideful to say we’re wrong and notice that others need someone’s kindness?

It may have taken me a while to find the right place but I’ve officially found it! These are just a portion of what drinking can do to you. As a teenager your brain and body are still developing, drinking at an early age can stunt your development. Weed has effects of major effects on your emotional well being, and you don’t know whether they will be negative or positive effects, smoking weed puts you at risk for lung and respiratory problems. This was because there were other things that interested students; like farming or serving in the military. At that time, there were many valued occupations that didn’t require rigorous education, and with WWII going on many had their minds elsewhere. Colleges were much easier to get into because there was less competition for spots. Because of that, working hard at school wasn’t as necessary as it is now since good grades didn’t pave the road to success like it does today.
