Marketing is one of the most very important roles of an organisation. It is used to get the business, product or its service out into the market and to be recognised for potential customers to see. For a service or product to be successful, in some way be some sort of value to the customer. For example a new washing machine that uses less water and less electric, which would be a great value to the customers.
