Identify and describe the features of an information system that could be used by IPT students preparing for an exam on the seven Information Processes. A good information system for an IPT student preparing for an exam on the seven Information Processes, should be: 1. Understandable - It must be seen by the beneficiary so he will translate it accurately. He must have the capacity to translate any shortened forms, shorthand documentations or some other acronyms contained in the data. 2. Relevant – The information given should be summarised and on point to make it easier for the student to study, as they do not have to read a bunch of irrelevant information. 3. Complete – No important information should be left out. Make sure to cover every point in each topic. 4. Available – The information should be easily accessible by the student, as it is useless it couldn’t be used. 5. Reliable - The data must to be depended on to be reliable. It should be exact, steady with actualities and obvious. Lacking or inaccurate data for the most part prompts choices of low quality. 6. Concise - Too much information can burden a student, make sure the information is well summarised so the student can easily understand it and spend less time on it. 7.
