Once at the College Board site, click the drop down button, click the grey arrow on the black background in the upper left area of the page, and click “SAT” from the list that comes down. She never got to receive a formal education but she taught herself math (exceptionally) and the other subjects we typically learn in school and created her own business. In addition, everyone who knows her is always happy when we mention her name and it is awe-inducing that there is not a single person with ill wishes towards her. To top that off, she always has so much joy despite the struggles she has had to overcome. She is the definition of a phenomenal woman.
5. What I’ve always wanted to try is being straightforward for an extended period of time. Usually I beat around the bush before I get to my main point because I like delivering my information in a soft manner, but it wastes so much time. I think it would be exciting to get to the point all the time and it would probably make me a better communicator.
6. The accomplishment that has made me the most proud was when I reached out to a friend who had moved. This was a huge accomplishment for me because I’m always scared to reach out to people in case they feel like I’m bothering them.
7. Currently, my favorite class is AP French IV. French is my favorite class because the sense of community in there is astounding. There are only fourteen students in that class and we mostly all know each other in addition to already having had the teacher so we did not have to go through the awkward “get-to-know-you” phase. As a result, no one is tense in class and we have a good time.
