It will be important to create an inclusive teaching and Learning Environment so my learners will have the opportunity to be involved and included in the process.I will need to make sure that I treat all my learners equally and fairly without directly excluding any of my learners.I must take into consideration that I won't be teaching my subject ( Painting & Decorating ) to a group of learners who are all the same, but to group of individuals with different abilities and needs which I must recognise.

I will report on how these can be applied, and how they can enable inclusive learning, through exploring my own research. Inclusive learning is about making sure that every learner in the classroom has their needs identified and met. It is about realising that every learner will have specific individual needs and it is the job of the teacher to accommodate the needs of all of their learners. Booth et al. (2000) state ‘Inclusion is seen to involve the identification and minimising of barriers to learning and participation’ (Booth et al., 2000: 13).
Effective education requires practitioners who understand that children develop quickly during the early years through physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. Children are entitled to provision that supports and extends knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence, and helping them to beat any disadvantages. It is important that practitioners make sure all children feel included, secure and valued, we do this by having group time all together and letting each child pick out the next book, also during free play staff are always playing with all the children and talking to them, we find it very important to have a bond with everyone, also if there is a child that is shy we always get them to be involved by laughing with them
Diversity and Inclusion: I will approach diversity by embracing and being open to learning about other people and their families. I would make sure everyone is included and make sure students are respectful and open to diversity. I will adapt instructions if needed to meet the needs of a class or an individual student. I would adapt a lesson for an individual student if that student is struggling or needs extra help to make sure everyone is learning effectively.
In recent times I believe there has been a heightened awareness regarding the necessity to develop Inclusive Classrooms that celebrate difference and cater for a diverse range of learning styles and needs. My belief is reflected in the increasing amount of policies and legislation being developed at both state and Commonwealth levels.
