Kobe Bryant is undeniably one of the most dedicated, successful, and greatest basketball players to ever grace the NBA hardwood. He has achieved what many players only dream of doing, and his list of accolades could fill an entire book. This success did not come easy for Bryant, like I said before, his hard work and dedication to the sport of basketball is what made him a legend, that is looked up to by millions of people around the world.

The comparison between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James is pretty similar. both players play basketball, both are all stars, and leaders of their teams. Kobe and LeBron are both always amongst the top five in scoring each year. Kobe and LeBron are sponsored by Nike and are always amongst the top in accessory sales. Kobe plays in the western conference while LeBron plays in the eastern conference. Kobe has 5 championship and 1 MVP award, while LeBron has 2 championships and 4 MVP awards. LeBron is no where near Kobe's achievements, Kobe has 19 years in the league while LeBron has 13 years in the league. at the end of the day, both players will go down in the basketball hall of fame once their careers are finished.

Being a role model on and off the court Jordan showed his abilities to play the game and his kindness towards other people, especially those who admired him the most. One of the things that inspired him was how much he loved the sport. Kobe Bryant said, "It's the enjoyment of the game and the love of it. Another factor of what inspired him was his willingness to become the greatest which encouraged him to do better each time. "That's how I would think everyone would go into it. You want to be the man, you know, not the best of the moment, but the best who ever set foot on a basketball court," said Kobe Bryant (Biography Today 54). Kobe brought out the best in people and he wanted to have a positive affect to the people around him and supported him in his life. His goal was to be one of the greatest, but he also wanted to influence people.
