The peak power demand ( also in millions of kilowatt-hours of electricity) from these 4 cities is also shown below. The cost of shipping power to the different cities from the different plants is related to distance and terrain . These costs are listed below and measure the cost of sending 1 million kilowatts from each plant to each city
