Will you ever pay for Consumer Reports? Visit the website for Consumer Reports: https://www.consumerreports.org/cro/index.htm . Review what it takes to become a member. Also, take some time to review the site and see what you can and can’t see as a “non-member” before answering the following: a. How much does it cost to become a member? $3.25 a month or $39 a year. b. The reasons (provide 2 at a minimum) I might become a member in the future are: One reason to join the membership is you get access to new services that a free user can get. An example is a special rating system with unbased ratings on products you want. Another reason is information from their experts about deals and advice on how to lower your monthly costs. Also, a car tracker alert and a food safety alert and security planner. c. The reasons (provide 2 at a minimum) I might not become a member in the future are: One reason to not become a member is the cost to get access. You may not actually need it or not act on the advice it gives you so you are paying for something that you don’t use. Another reason is there is plenty of free information to use other than the paid stuff. The website has a lot of free information and if you do some researching then you could also find ways to find the same information as the paid membership. 2. Unfortunate, your product has some misinformation regarding the size of the bottle. On your listing it said 8 oz but it was a 6 oz bottle. I was really disappointed because I got this as a gift for someone special and they were really excited. To resolve this problem I would appreciate one more bottle to make up for the lost 2 oz. It may be 12 oz overall but I believe that is ok. I could also but another bottle at a discounted price too. I look forward to your reply. Contact me at EMAILand thank you for the swift resolution.
