Geauga (jee-O-guh), county (407 sq mi/1,054 sq km; 1990 pop. 81,129), NE Ohio; Chardon, 41°30'N 81°10'W. Drained by Cuyahoga, Chagrin, and Grand rivers; includes several small lakes. In the Glaciated Plain physiographic region. Agr. area (dairy prods., corn, fruit, poultry); mfg. at Chardon and Middlefield (chemical preparations, furniture, plastic prods., construction machinery). Formed 1805.
