Acapetlahuaya (ah-kah-pait-lah-WAH-yah), town (1990 pop. 1,453), General Canuto A. Neri municipio, in N central Guerrero, Mexico. A mountainous area near Nevado de Toluca. Hot climate. Balsas R. provides water; rich mineral deposits are not mined. Agr. (corn, beans, chili). On an unpaved road 2.5 mi/4 km from Mexico Highway 51 bet. Arcelia and Teloloapan.
