Coshocton (kuh-SHAHK-tuhn), county (562 sq mi/1,456 sq km; 1990 pop. 35,427), central Ohio; Coshocton; 40°18'N 81°55'W. Drained by Muskingum, Tuscarawas, and Walhonding rivers. Agr. (livestock; dairy prods.; grain); mfg. at Coshocton (city); coal deposits, sand and gravel pits, oil pools. Formed 1811.
