East Feliciana (fuh-LEE-shee-an-uh), parish (454 sq mi/1,176 sq km; 1990 pop. 19,211), SE central La.; Clinton; 30°52'N 91°01'W. Bounded E by Amite R., W by Thompson Creek, N by Miss. state line. Drained by Comite R. Agr. (blueberries, peaches, corn, hay, sweet potatoes; cattle, horses, hogs; dairying); 2 wineries in area; sod production; logging. One of Fla. parishes of SE La. Clinton Confederate Cemetery at Clinton, Centenary State Commemorative Area in W. Has many antebellum homes, including Asphodel and Milbank. Formed 1824.
