considerateness, consideration (nn.)
These two both mean to have regard for others, to be careful of others feelings, and to be thoughtful of others, but consideration has several other senses not shared by considerateness: the act of thinking, a thing to be taken into account, something thought of, a fee or kind of compensation, and a legal sense, something of value given in return for making a contract or agreement binding. All these additional senses of consideration are Standard.
