Showing or suggesting a disposition to be violently destructive without scruple or restraint: bestial, cruel, fell2, feral, ferocious, fierce, inhuman, savage, truculent, vicious, wolfish. See KIND. 2. Not civilized: barbarian, barbaric, primitive, rude, savage, uncivilized, uncultivated, uncultured, wild. Archaic : uncivil. See CULTURE, WILD.
