| NOUN: | 1. That which unites or binds: bond, ligament, ligature, link, nexus, tie, vinculum, yoke. See CONNECT. 2. A part that protrudes or extends outward: bulge, jut, knob, overhang, projection, protrusion, protuberance. See CONVEX. 3.
