Offensive : feeble-minded, half-witted, retarded. See ABILITY. 2. Displaying a complete lack of forethought and good sense: brainless, fatuous, foolish, insensate, mindless, senseless, silly, unintelligent, witless. See ABILITY, PLANNED.
