A collection of all microbes that reside in all surfaces, including the body of a human, is called a microbiome. Microbiome includes bacteria, viruses, protozoa, archaea, and fungi. It is an exciting new field of microbiology. Researchers have found out that microbiomes are responsible for the cause of certain diseases, such as migraines and asthma.
